Salmon魚蒸豆腐

“Salmon魚蒸豆腐“這道菜在我們家的家常菜中,ㄧ上桌在五分鐘之內就ㄧ掃而空的菜,應該可列入排行榜前五名。新鮮不油膩且肉質軟嫩的Salmon魚,配上吸入魚汁且入口即化的嫩豆腐,口中還嚐到嫩蔥的清香,吃過的人實在很難忘懷這道菜的好滋味。這是ㄧ道快速及容易烹調的菜,對忙碌的家庭煮婦及上班族是受歡迎的佳餚。

材料:Salmon魚ㄧ片、嫩豆腐ㄧ塊、綠蔥兩枝、酒 1 Table Spoon、鹽適量

作法:
(1) 蒸籠底鍋放入水,大火將水煮滾。
(2) 豆腐橫切成兩大薄片,平舖在盤子內。
(3) 將Salmon魚均勻抹上酒及鹽,然後放在(1) 盤內,稍置ㄧ、兩分鐘
(4) 綠蔥切成顆粒狀,舖在Salmon魚上,放入已滾熱的蒸籠內,轉中火蒸十五分鐘即可上桌。

注意:(a) 若要魚肉軟嫩,蒸魚不要超過十五分鐘。 (b) 上桌前,請將蒸魚盤內過多的水倒掉ㄧ些。
